Inspector's notes

At time of inspection, dish machine had 0ppm concentration of chlorine. Primed sanitizer and reran machine. Machine still had 0ppm concentration chlorine. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Establishment will discontinue using machine until it is repaired and will utilize 3 compartment sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Discussed testing sanitizer levels daily. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
