Observed Y-valve connected downstream of the atmospheric vacuum breaker on establishment's mop sink faucet with one end connected to another Y-valve and the other directly connected to a reverse osmosis (RO) system. Person in charge (PIC) disconnected the Y-valves from the mop sink faucet during the inspection. Advised PIC to install a dedicated water line and backflow device for the RO system. Provided MCESD approved connection handout to PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
