Observed pipes extending into floor drain by dishwasher without a one-inch air gap. An air gap must be present on water supply lines and be at least one inch above the flood rim of the floor drain. PIC removed bracket from black pipe without air gap and removed the pipe extending into floor drain, creating air gaps for both pipes. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
