Time as a Public Health Control requires written procedures detailing process for Time as a Public Health Control and time-stamping for items actively held under Time as a Public Health Control. Reviewed time control requirements with the manager. Manager discarded the alternative milks that were not marked.

No apparent back flow preventer on the in-sink rinser or the Black Rock Bunn dispenser. Submerged inlet water lines require a reduced pressure zone (RPZ) valve. All water connected, non-carbonated beverage dispensers must have an approved backflow device such as an inline dual check meeting ASSE 1022 standards. Provide approved backflow devices prior to re-inspection 7/31/24. Please ensure each hot and cold water line to the coffee/drink machines and the in-sink rinser have proper and sufficient back flow prevention valves. All testable backflow devices must be certified.
