In cooler by fountain drinks, observed 4 sausage breakfast sandwiches with no date mark. Person in charge (PIC) unsure when they were pulled from freezer. PIC discarded items at time of inspection. In same cooler, observed a sausage breakfast sandwich with discard date of 02/02 and a chicken sandwich with discard date 02/04. All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Repeat violation: 2nd

Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Bottle of liquid Odor Eliminator stored on top of a box of sugar under the coffee machines. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection.
