Observed employee at dishwashing station sanitized dishes for 1 second at the 3rd basin. Manager talked to the employee, and had them resanitize the dishes. Ensure that all dishes at the dish pit are submerged in the sanitizer water for 30 seconds before air drying. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
