Observed several open containers of egg and/or meat "Tornados" and hot dogs date marked to be discarded after 8 days (some items were prepared date of 9/9/25 and had a discard date of 9/16/25; other items had a prepared date of 9/10/25 with a discard date of 9/17/25). All prepared/open ready-to-eat food items must be properly date marked to be discarded on the 7th day. The date of preparation/opened is the 1st day (i.e. day 1 plus 6 more days). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Employee corrected the discard date marks. *2nd consecutive occurrence.*
