Observed sanitizer bottle and bucket with quat concentration at 500 ppm. Employee diluted sanitizer to 400 ppm at the time of inspection. Discussed with employee how too strong of a sanitizer could leave a chemical residue and make people sick. Sanitizer is dispensed from a dispenser near the mop sink. Bottle connected to the dispenser is labeled as a disinfectant and concentate may be strong than sanitizer concentrate. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
