Inspector's notes

Observed pitchers of salsa on counter with internal temperatures of 59*F. According to manager, salsa was used recently to fill squeeze bottles. Pitchers were moved to the walk-in. Observed squeeze bottles of salsa for dine-in customers in the cooler with internal temperatures ranging from 46-50*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to manager, salsas are placed back in the refrigerator after used by customers and are topped off each time from the pitcher. Discussed methods for keeping squeeze bottles in temperature, see general comments. Squeeze bottles were moved to walk-in at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
