Observed two covered containers of breakfast burritos cooling in the two-drawer reach-in refrigerator unit. Breakfast burritos were prepared and placed in the unit at approximately 6:00am, time of inspection was approximately 8:30am and the temperature of burritos was 50*F. Person in charge relocated the burritos to the walk-in freezer and removed cover to finish cooling. Person in charge will review proper cooling methods with employees. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
