Observed facility open and operating at time of inspection. The remodel includes added floor drains, hand wash sink, a three-compartment sink, transportable ice machine, refrigeration units. Observed facility serving coffee and tea with a retail display of grab and go with yogurt at time of inspection.

Discussed a Unistrut can be used to support the drainage piping. 3) Hands shall be washed after touching the register screen, handling money, touching a cell phone or anytime contamination occurs.
