Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence - Three live roaches (one appeared to be starting to die) observed in the kitchen. Two were on the ceiling at the attic entrance and the one that was dying was on a shelf. PIC provided pest control record showing last service was performed on 4/2/24.
