Inspector's notes

Observed 3 bay sink with no measurable Quat ammonia in sanitizer bay along with cleaned spatulas and metal food container. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Discussed with PIC about Manufacturer suggested practice for quat tablets (1-2 tablets per gallon of water) and testing procedure when making 3 bay sink; PIC added additional tablets till sanitizer tested within desired range and the utensils were rewashed at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
