Observed inside two door refrigerator with several tcs food items expired. Cream cheese opened on 7/1/2025; expired on 7/7/2025; cooked chicken stir fry from 7/1/2025; expired on 7/7/2025; also large container of refried beans from 6/23/2025; expired on 6/29/2025. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). PIC confirmed dates and discarded all listed tcs food items. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. ========A food shall be discarded if: o It exceeds the 7 days at 41ᵒF.
