DIscussed cleaning of facility, some build up near bag in box rack/ freezer. Discussed storage of employee items and cooling methods for tomatoes. Also discussed use of hose at mop sink and no ever using the "y-valve" as it puts pressure on the backflow device on the faucet.

These items had internal temperatures of 45F. Per PIC, these items had been in the walk-in cooler since yesterday. These items were voluntarily discarded by PIC during inspection.
