Also observed small plastic apple shaped containers filled with apple cider vinegar to attract drain flies. Instructed PIC to move devices to back, away from open food as to not attract the flies. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Product included TCS items, yogurt base, and non-TCS items. Unit registered an ambient temperature of 50.9*F with min/max thermometer. Probe thermometer registered temperatures between 41-50*F in cold table products. PIC stated last stocking of TCS food items was at 12pm. TCS items were removed form unit at time of inspection and placed in the larger refrigeration unit. Educated PIC that in order to maintain an ambient temperature of 41*F or below, they should not over fill the unit. PIC removed the majority of the product and placed in the large reach in refrigeration unit. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
