**2ND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION** Observed several containers of milk and dairy soft topping sitting on counters with internal temperatures ranging from 60-70*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to person in charge, milks had been out of coolers for abut 15 minutes. All TCS (time and temperature controlled for safety) foods must maintain internal temperatures of 41*F to prevent pathogen growth. Milks were placed int he walk-in cooler to rapidly cool at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
