Observed cold brew, cheeseburgers, overnight oats with chia seeds, ceaser salad, spinach feta salad, croissant sandwich, hamburger patties, and grilled chicken in upright reach-in cooler without any dates. According to PIC all items were made at last church service, (3-4 days prior to inspection) and were voluntarily discarded at time of inspection. All TCS foods are prepared once a week on day of service.
