Inspector's notes
Observed inside the walk in carton of raw eggs being stored directly above RTE food such as lettuce, tomatoes and cooked proteins. PIC moved eggs to the lowest shelf away from any possible cross-contamination at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
