Final construction inspection. Construction complete. Site, permitted area has a fixed mobile food unit, outdoor bar, support room and walk-in unit. The main building has two restrooms. Support room has a freezer, mop sink, hand wash sink and ice machine. The following items will be followed up on before the first event:1). Mop sink will be caulked in at the floor and wall junctures.2). Access panel will be installed above the ice machine.3). The condensate drains at the mop sink will be outfitted with elbows down and the 3/4 inch line is missing a escutcheon plate.4). The door covering with insulation in the support room will need to be finished out, wood can be painted with a semi-gloss. Not sure if you can caulk the gap between the wood and the mop sink.5). In the MFU - provide the following:a). Food thermometer.b), Sanitizer and applicable test strips.c). Soap and paper towels, also in the support room and at the bar.6) In the walk-in refrigerator the wall and ceiling penetrations will be finished out with caulk and smoothed out.The door way gaps will be filled to restore insulation factor and then trimmed out.7). Please remove all laser film from the jockey boxes and other bar equipment.Out door bar ice will need to be burned off after each night session.This location will be allowed to cook, cool and re-heat.Permit issued Eating and Drinking Class III 10+ Seating.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Note that fees paid up to this inspection approval did not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2.
