Observed hand sink in dish pit area with a broken soap dispenser. Person in charge placed a bottle of soap at the sink to ensure proper handwashing when putting away clean dishes from the dishwasher. Discussed the importance of ensuring handwashing sinks are stalked and all equipment ( soap dispensers and towel dispensers) are in proper repair. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection

PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law Observed handwashing sink on left side of kitchen across from sandwich prep cooler with detached drain pipe. Sink was labeled out of order and was not being used. Person in charge stated that the sink has been broken for several months. Discussed with person in charge that all hand wash sinks need to be fully functional throughout establishment to ensure adequate hand wash sinks are available. Establishment is currently using handwashing sink on right hand side of kitchen for all handwashing. Person in charge stated they placed a service request at time of inspection. Re-inspection will occur with in 3 days. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection

Scoops were laying down with handle actively touching the food. Person in charge was made aware of situation. Discussed the addition of a third container to allow scoops to be left available while not allowing handle to come in contact with food.
