Employee in the cookline area handled raw chicken breading while cleaning a table, then went to handle a fryer basket/drop food into the fryer without changing gloves and washing hands. The employee was asked to wash hands and did so. Ensure that employees wash hands often enough during food preparation to prevent cross contamination. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
