Employee handled/talked on phone; then put on gloves and went to handle food items at the make line and fryer, and clean equipment without washing hands. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. *Ambient temperature of the cheese sauce dispenser was 134F. PIC stated that the unit was new and adjusted the temperature a few degrees higher.
