At the time of reinspection, the establishment had ordered quaternary ammonia-based sanitizer test strips and lactic acid-based sanitizer test strips, but did not have either sanitizer on site. The establishment did, however, have a chlorine-based sanitizer on site for use in the kitchen, but did not have the proper chlorine-based sanitizer test strips on site. The establishment shall either obtain chorine-based sanitizer test strips or obtain a quaternary ammonia-based sanitizer (or lactic acid-based sanitizer). The establishment shall have an appropriate combination of sanitizer and test strip to ensure proper sanitization is taking place. The hand sink near the storage racks were out of hand soap. The hand sink near the soda fountain was not stocked with soap and paper towels. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing.
