-- Water discharged from mechanical dishwasher slow to drain inside floor sink when in use. Ran surrounding plumbing fixtures for several minutes to verify no active sewage overflowing on floors at the time of inspection. The person in charge (PIC) stated there is a work order to repair floor drain within 24 hours. Condensate drainage and other non sewage liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to law. The PIC stated employees will use 3-compartment sink until floor drain is repaired. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
