No County legal action will result from this inspection.This establishment is enrolled in the Maricopa County Environmental Services Cutting Edge Program and is on the Cutting Edge of food safety.*Per manager, the establishment experienced a minor fire in the kitchen the day prior to inspection resulting in the activation of the cook line's ansul fire suppression system. At the time of inspection, the kitchen had already been properly cleaned with no risk to contamination of food or food contact surfaces. Per manager, the fire department had already inspected the kitchen and cleared the establishment to open for business. -At the time of inspection the manager informed the inspector that mechanical dishwasher was not dispensing sanitizer properly. Per manager, the mechanical dishwasher was functioning properly earlier that morning. The manager replaced the 5-gallon bucket of chlorine based sanitizer with a new bucket and primed the dishwasher to produce a proper concentration of sanitizer at the food contact surface. The manager contacted their dishwasher provider for repairs at the time of inspection.
