Inspector's notes

Observed raw shrimp, raw squid, raw chicken breasts, raw lamb chops, raw oysters and raw clams in lower refrigerated drawers beneath stove top with internal temperature of 45°F-51°F. Per Person in Charge (PIC), all food items were placed in drawer 2 hours prior. All Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods improperly cold held were relocated to walk-in cooler to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
