Inspector's notes

In the seafood case, observed a large bowl of mussels and a large bowl of clams. Both seemed to contain many dead clams and mussels. Shellstock were unresponsive to tapping and poking and had black films accumulating on the inside of the shells. Foods were deemed unsafe and embargoed. Please ensure that all clams, oysters, mussels, etc. are kept alive and discarded when they die. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
