#51 — Plumbing Installed; Proper Backflow DevicesCore5-205.15

Inspector's notes

Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. proper condensation tube connections reviewed. noted in the front meatcases, the drain line tubes disconnected. some reallocated with Styrofoam plates, draining onto the interior of the meat cases. also, some of the drain plate tubes just disconnected, instead using a garden hose, running onto the buckets. this practice creates a food cooler case to remail partially open, also creating ice buildup in the bottom tray/shelf of the meat cases. manager was on site. manager will place a work order for repairing the drain lines. once new tubes are installed and connected, please ensure a proper air gap is provided between the drainage hose and the floor drains. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
