Observed inside the walk in raw chicken being stored directly above RTE food such as packaged sauces. Per PIC, she just moved that chicken to that shelf temporarily while she was rearranging other food items. PIC moved the raw chicken to a lower shelf at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed at time of inspection an employee touch their face while they were prepping some cooked vegetables for the deli. Per PIC, did not notice and it was unconscious.
