Observed raw beef debris along blade/inner compartments of meat saw in butcher room. Per PIC, meat saw was last used day prior to inspection. All food-contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. All food-contact surfaces that contact TCS foods shall be cleaned every 4 hours by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. PIC instructed food employee to wash/rinse/sanitize blade and inner compartments of meat saw at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
