Observed meat market employee on duty handle raw chicken for a customer order, de gloved and enter meat back room to handle packages of raw beef. Inspector observed employee touch face multiple times and exit meat market area to customer floor. Then employee returned to re glove to handle a customer raw chicken order. No hand washing was observed. Discussed when to wash with employee, assistant store major, and meat market manager at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
