Inspector's notes

Observed gallon of milk and cold brew in small reach in cooler with an internal temperature of 45-47*f. Other items such as half and half, whipping cream, heavy whip that were stored in reach-in cooler were moved to upright two door reach-in cooler. According to PIC, all items had been stocked same morning and were moved to upright reach-in cooler to rapidly chill. Reach-in cooler was holding ambient air temperature of 46.4*F. Equipment will not be in use until repairs are completed and other working equipment holding temperature below 41*F will be in use.
