Observed no hot water in the hand sinks or 3-compartment sinks in the kitchen. Spoke with PIC and PIC said that due to a leak in the water heater this morning, the PIC had turned it off. The PIC had already scheduled a repair prior to the inspection's start. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. ****Reinspect in 24 Hours**** Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed sour cream, American cheese, raw shelled oysters holding at 49-51 deg F that manager informed had been in unit since night prior and discarded.
