There was a sanitizer/cleaning bucket in the hand sink basin at time of inspection. Person in charge (PIC) will coach employees about not using hand sink for anything other than hand washing. Hand sinks must be clean, clear, and ready to use at all times. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sinks for all activities that are not for handwashing. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed dead cockroaches in the stockroom, and behind fixtures on the sales floor. Discussed cleaning/removing dead pests regularly to reduce risk of increased insect activity. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
