In the reach in, grab-and-go fridge by the locker room, observed cooked chicken salad at 57-60*F and hard boiled eggs without a shell at 53-55*F. Chicken salad was placed in unit less than an hour ago and was moved to walk in cooler to cool. Hard boiled eggs were placed in the unit the day prior and were embargoed.
