Observed a personal cup and a personal container of food above containers of RTE food such as brownies and cheese sticks in the walk-in cooler. Discussed with person in charge to store personal food below items that are sold to the public. Person in charge relocated their food to a different rack, below and separate from other food. Observed a handwashing sink near the three compartment sink have no handwashing cleanser available and a storage container inside. Discussed with PIC and the handwashing cleanser device has been broken for a while. PIC moved a handwashing cleanser near the handwashing sink until the device is fixed or a replacement arrives.
