Observed precooked pork at 47F, raw beef patties at 45F, and cooked chicken at 46F, unit found to have internal temperature of 50F. Person in charge states that beef patties and cooked chicken were put in there a couple hours ago. As the precooked pork was left in there a couple days ago.

Observed three bay sink in bar area with sanitizer solution levels at 0 ppm. Person in charge emptied and refilled sanitizer solution to see that pump was not working. Had person in charge hand dip sanitizer solution to correct levels until repairs are made the next day as well as rewash dishes. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
