Observed shredded cheese, cooked noodles, and cooked rice stored in the small prep refrigerator measuring with internal temperatures ranging between 58-60 degrees F. The items had been at this temperature for an unknown amount of time. They were recommended for discard. The PIC learned that the prep refrigerator had been unplugged- once plugged back in- it began working properly.
