Observed live and dead fruit flies in front food display case containing cake pops and pastries. Per Starbucks staff and Target management, food in the display cases is for display only and are not served to customers. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem and obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist by re-inspection. **Re-Inspection due date scheduled for Friday, 1/23/26. Please contact inspector for any questions or to provide any updates regarding corrective actions. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
