Inspector's notes

Observed greens, spinach, cabbage, pico, beans, corn, and chickpeas holding 44-48F in the top of the refrigerated table on the assembly line. PIC stated they had been in the containers for an hour. The products were replaced with new ones starting at 41F or below. Discussed lowering the temperature of the unit to maintain proper cold holding temperatures, and switching out the plastic containers for metal. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
