observed multiple spray bottles filled with cleaners, no identification tags. discussed with manager, one identified as cleaner, and sanitizers. all labeled by manager. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11 - Priority: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals Addl Notes: at the final warewashing basin, and the sanitizer spray bottles, noted facility utilizing quat ammonia, per manager, using quat tabs, but switching to liquid. checked concentration. flashed dark green, exceeding 500ppm. discussed with manager, drained and diluted. sanitizer at 200 ppm provided. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
