Inspector's notes
Observed employee crack raw shelled eggs onto the griddle and then they grabbed a paper to set up for a RTE sandwich and then go back to cooking the egg without washing changing gloves and washing hands. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee properly washed hands at handwash sink at time of inspection and PIC discarded the sandwich paper. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed hand wash sink behind pizza counter had no running water, soap, paper towel or trash bin. Discussed with PIC Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Fix/repair hand wash sink prior to reinspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 7-23-26
