Observed multiple sanitizer buckets behind front line test at 0ppm of chlorine sanitizer. Observed wiping cloths stored partially out of buckets at time of inspection. All wet wiping cloths must be stored fully submerged in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
