Observed no storage cabinet is available in wear washing area to store clean equipment. Clean containers and trays stored in one of the sinks in three-compartment sink. Manager stated they are left there to air dry. Advised manager to provide a tall storage area next to three compartments sink for storing clean equipment and let three compartment sinks be available for proper washing and sanitizing procedure. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
