Restroom door observed ajar for majority of duration of inspection. Restroom opens into kitchen area nearest ware wash area. Except where a toilet room is located outside a food establishment and does not open directly into the food establishment such as a toilet room that is provided by the management of a shopping mall, a toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight fitting and self-closing door. Restroom door self-closing device is unable to self-close if opened to a certain point (about half way fully open). Please repair/replace self-closing device to allow the door to fully close from any position. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
