Discussed with PIC that the physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Observed no hot water at hand sink. Handsinks are to have both hot and cold water accessible for washing. As per the owner of business, SRP was contacted for possible gas leak at outdoor connection.
