Advised person in charge (PIC) that when serving a HSP (Highly Susceptible Population) only pasteurized eggs must be used, except when baking or hard-boiling. The PIC stated due to an egg shortage, they were only able to get unpasteurized eggs. Advised PIC eggs can be used for baking, hard-boiling, or must be fully cooked.
