Observed 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the dish machine on the east end of the bar, actively being used at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizer should be between 50-100 ppm to ensure the glasses are properly sanitized. The sanitizer bottle is empty and there is no replacement onsite.
