Observed 13 food platters, containing ham and cheese, sitting in a wire rack at room temperature, prepackaged in the retail area just in front of the deli with the words, 'keep refrigerated,' on the packaging. Time/temperature control for safety foods requiring cold holding should be held at 41*F or lower to prevent the growth of pathogens. There was another version of the food platter which was okay at room temp. The employee confused the two platters since they look identical. Employee stated the platters were placed out yesterday.
